This software platform (“Platform”) is the exclusive property of MyTeamUp and Bays Dental Group (NIT: 901700575), legally represented by Christopher Bays. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by MyTeamUp and Bays Dental Group.
This Platform is registered and developed exclusively for the internal operations of Bays Dental Group and MyTeamUp. Access is restricted to authorized employees, contractors, and personnel who have been granted credentials by an administrator. Unauthorized access, use, reproduction, or distribution of this Platform or any of its contents is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, termination, and/or legal proceedings.
Access to this Platform is intended solely from authorized work locations and approved devices. Users shall not access the Platform from outside designated work environments without prior written authorization. All access activity, including IP addresses, login times, and device information, is logged and monitored. Any access from unauthorized locations or devices may be flagged, investigated, and subject to corrective action.
All data, reports, patient information, financial records, and any other content accessible through this Platform is 100% confidential and proprietary. Users are strictly prohibited from sharing, copying, downloading, screenshotting, or transmitting any information from this Platform to any third party or unauthorized individual, by any means, whether electronic, physical, or otherwise.
This Platform processes and stores Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). All users are required to comply with HIPAA regulations at all times when accessing, viewing, or handling any patient data within this Platform. Violations of HIPAA regulations may result in civil and criminal penalties under federal law, in addition to immediate termination of access and employment.
Each user is individually responsible for all activity performed under their account. Sharing of credentials is strictly prohibited. Any misuse of the Platform, including but not limited to unauthorized access, data theft, data manipulation, unauthorized sharing of confidential information, or any action that compromises the security or integrity of the Platform or its data, will be subject to immediate disciplinary action, which may include termination of employment and/or legal proceedings under applicable local, state, and federal laws.
Bays Dental Group and MyTeamUp reserve the right to monitor, audit, and review all activity on this Platform at any time without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to login history, IP addresses, accessed pages, data exports, and any actions performed within the Platform. Such monitoring is conducted to ensure compliance with these Terms, HIPAA regulations, and to protect the security of patient data and business operations.
All content, source code, designs, data structures, reports, dashboards, workflows, and any other materials within this Platform are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. © 2026 MyTeamUp & Bays Dental Group. By accessing this Platform, you agree to a strict non-disclosure obligation. You shall not disclose, discuss, share, or communicate to any third party — whether verbally, in writing, electronically, or by any other means — any information regarding:
This non-disclosure obligation survives the termination of your access to the Platform and/or your employment or contractual relationship with Bays Dental Group or MyTeamUp. Breach of this obligation will result in immediate termination and legal action for damages.
If at any time Bays Dental Group or MyTeamUp detects or reasonably suspects any unauthorized activity, policy violation, data breach, information leakage, or any conduct that threatens the security, confidentiality, or integrity of this Platform or its data, the companies reserve the unilateral right to:
The decision to act on suspected violations is at the sole discretion of Bays Dental Group and MyTeamUp. Users acknowledge and accept that all activity on this Platform is monitored and recorded, and that such records may be used as evidence in any legal proceeding.
Bays Dental Group and MyTeamUp reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from the use of this Platform shall be resolved in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.
